I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation for the services rendering during Hurricane Wilma that struck South Florida on October 24, 2005. It was early in the morning, during the storm, that I realized I was going to need some serious help in dealing with the damage to my roof.
After running around the house and catching as much water in buckets that I could, I placed a call to your toll free number. I was surprised to be speaking directly to your wife driving in Louisiana. She was very helpful in taking my number and assuring me, during a very difficult time, that your company would be there as soon as possible.

The next day I spoke with you and was told you would be there by the end of the week to cover my roof. You also indicated that you would call as soon as your crew was on its way. I was very concerned about getting my roof covered before it started to rain again. In the interim I worked with my son to repair the roof as much as possible.

True to your word, you called around 4:00 pm Friday the 28th to let me know the crew was on its way. They arrived at 4:30 pm and my roof was wrapped and ready in three hours! I can not tell you what a relief it was to get this done. Your crew was excellent in every respect. They were professional and polite and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job and also helped secure many other homes in my neighborhood late into the night and the following days.

I want to thank everyone that I have come in contact with at Global Wrap. You should be very proud of your employee's and your dedication in making your company customer oriented. I know that everyone worked many hours around the clock to make this happen. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I would highly recommend your company to anyone.
